By adopting or commissioning me in any kind of way, you are hereby agreeing to the terms of service below.



GENERAL TERMS


When you pay for a commission or adopt, I, Feebii, retain all rights to the artwork.


Commissions;
The Commissioner has rights only to their character (unless it is fanart).
I will provide the client with the full PNG of the finished commission.
Personal use only; commercial use of any kind is not allowed unless discussed otherwise.


Adopts;
You are buying partial rights to the design, do not make drastic changes or claim to be the designer.
I have all rights to my artwork. Do not claim to be the artist.
Small modifications to the design are allowed.You cannot resell for higher than the price you bought it for, unless you have commissioned art of it, or have a fair amount of extra art.
I will provide the client with the full PNG of the adopt with a small watermark
Commercial use is not allowed unless discussed with me.


Follow the rules provided in the commission journal, or Adoptable post.
If you fail to comply with these rules, I have the right to block and blacklist you.



PROCESSPayment must be done in full and up-front before the Client's artwork will begin.A Work in Progress will be given to the Client to confirm the commission before continuing.The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 2 months depending on many factors such as;
Health, order of commission, complexity, Work, school or family issues.I will make an announcement, or note you personally as soon as possible if any of the above occurs.



CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONIf the client is not fully satisfied after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made.
Such as small colouring/marking mistakes.Major changes are not allowed.
Make sure the reference sent is easy to understand (no watermarks covering the entire image), and to state clearly what you want with the form provided, during the WIP stage, or provide extra notes.



COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYI, the artist, hold every right to the artwork, not the commissioner.Therefore I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
-Promote myself within any place or site.
-Display it anywhere.
-Post it wherever I want.The commissioner is allowed to;
-Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
-Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the artwork itself.
-Use the art to promote themselves such as posting to social media with proper credit given to me, the artist.


If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the artwork will be retracted.


The following is considered Copyright infringement:
-Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Making money off it in any way)
-Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
-Removing any watermarks/signatures.
-Altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.
-Turning the artwork into NFTs or any sort of cryptocurrency.
-Using my art for AI



SHIPPINGMy commissions and adopts are intangible, digital goods.
No physical item will be shipped under any circumstance.



CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICYCanceling is allowed before I begin and during the sketch phase of the artwork. Any cancelations after that is not allowed under any circumstance.
Refunds after receiving the finished artwork is not allowed under any circumstance.
I have the right to cancel and refund the money for the commission at any time.

If you file a chargeback after receiving the finished artwork and confirming satisfaction, Your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
You will be forbidden to ever commission or adopt a design from me, Feebii, ever again.
Your name will be publicly posted everywhere and anywhere I want, for others to watch out for.
I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.

----------------------------------------Final AgreementAll articles of this Terms of Service Agreement are applicable unless specifically outlined within the final written agreement between Client and Artist.
